Big Apple Florist really knows how to impress! You all are so amazing it literally makes my legs quiver! Every time I chat with someone on the phone, I feel like ditching my job to join your team. The blooms are consistently punctual, stunning, and exactly what I envisioned. If you don’t use them, you’re missing out! I’m giving them a solid 5-star Excellent review. Keep doing what you do!

"Awesome Florist for Corporate Flower Needs!"
I reached out to Big Apple for some floral designs for our business associates in New York. I made the call from Dallas, TX, and the team was super friendly and supportive over the phone. They crafted a stunning flower bouquet for one of the staff celebrating the arrival of her baby girl - when she expressed her gratitude, she raved about the gorgeous arrangement she got. Big Apple is super dependable and their customer support is really great.

"Outstanding service..."
Getting the delivery sorted was a bit tricky because of the security around the UN. Big Apple kept me updated on what was happening with my order and kept trying until they got it right. When they finally made it happen, I got an email to let me know. Really great service and communication!

"Apple Florist Made Me Shine Like a Star!"
At 10:00 am, my boss rang me up, needing flowers for one of our team members, and they had to arrive by noon since she was heading out for the day. I reached out to Apple Florist, and they not only got the flowers there before noon, but the bouquet they created was absolutely stunning! The employee got a few other arrangements that morning for her birthday, but the only one she decided to take home was the one from Apple.

From now on, I’m sticking with Apple Florists for all my flower needs!

"Top-Notch Service! No Doubt About It"
I found myself in a tough spot, not sure what to do since I’m based in San Francisco and my client’s event was happening in Manhattan. Nicole Roach was there for me throughout the entire process, helping me stick to the budget while also creating some of the most beautiful bouquets you could ever imagine. "My Thoughts on the Purchase"
The recipient shared a photo of the flowers upon arrival. The arrangement looked lovely! But honestly, it’s not worth the price for just six blooms: one hydrangea, two roses, and three daisies. Living on the UES, I’m accustomed to shelling out a bit more, but this is a bit much! Someone must’ve been having a laugh when they set that price! I gave it 4 stars because the arrangement was nice, but I won’t be coming back since I feel a bit cheated. Appreciate you asking for my thoughts!

"Fantastic Service and Gorgeous Flowers"
I reached out at the last minute for a friend's baby shower happening the next day, and Lui was absolutely fantastic. I explained what I was looking for (garden chic, with pinks, yellows, and vibrant colors), and the arrangements I got were even more stunning than I had hoped. Everything was delivered before I got to the venue, and the mama-to-be was thrilled. She did an awesome job sticking to my budget, and the flowers and table setting were a total hit. I can't recommend Big Apple Florist enough for all your floral needs!

A buddy of mine suggested Big Apple to me. After a fantastic meeting, I popped in, picked out a gorgeous arrangement, jotted down a couple of personal notes, and they were delivered by the afternoon. I ain't no expert on flowers, but my wife sure is, and she's pretty picky about floral designs. That's why I've been going to Big Apple Florist for a decade now. They always come through. The flowers' quality, variety, and how long they last, plus the creativity in their arrangements and the friendly staff, really set them apart from any other florist I've tried. All I need to do is say, 'I want something unique, something a bit different,' mention my budget, and they nail it every single time. Whether it's for birthdays, anniversaries, or Valentine's Day, it's always worth the money.

"Eye-catching"
The floral arrangement is beautifully crafted and arrived right on time. The staff were super friendly. Looking back, when I checked out the bouquet, I wished I had more details about the types of flowers and the color scheme. It turned out to be way more vibrant than I expected, and I realize now I should've been clearer about my preferences.

"They were great but showed up late"
I had to reach out to find out where the plants were. The event had already kicked off and we had folks in the booth when the plants eventually got there. A few of the plants didn’t match and had some ripped leaves. Overall, the plants turned out okay, but if they had all been on time and matched, I would’ve given a better score.

My mother-in-law, who grew up in NYC and has traveled extensively, is a tough one to impress. It's quite the challenge to find gifts that are genuinely special and unforgettable for her.

Big Apple has come to my rescue with something as straightforward as flowers! I simply choose the most beautiful arrangement from their site (AMAZING CHOICES) and she adores everything! This year, she shared photos with the entire family. "EASY CHOICE"!!

"Stunning and Dependable"
A close buddy of mine, who always gets the prettiest blooms, pointed me to Big Apple florist. I had a significant luncheon coming up and required 9 individual bouquets. The designs they delivered were absolutely stunning. I got a ton of compliments and gratitude from all my guests.
